What is the Member Portal

The member portal provides you, our valuable member a convenient place to view the details of your funeral policy. You can view your personal details and to see who else is covered under your policy. You can print a membership schedule as well as all of your transactions and make sure the policy is still in force. The portal will list all the polices you have with us linked via your ID number, so with one login you will be able to access all your policies. There is a contact page where you can send us amendment requests and one of our friendly customer care agents will get in contact with you. If you see that some of your details are no correct, please get in contact with us so we can update the details. You can phone our call center Monday to Friday on 011 568-0380 and we will provide the necessary help.

Login Tips

  • You must enter your ID number and policy number as it appears on your policy document.
  • Your One time PIN number will be sent to your cell phone number via SMS as it was written on on your application form.
  • Your PIN is your secret, please don't share it with anyone.
